Shipping Policy

At Ōzoku Matcha, we know you're eager to start your daily matcha ritual. We process and ship orders carefully from our facilities, partnering with reliable carriers across the US.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, high holiday volume, or carrier service disruptions beyond our control.

3. Local Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be automatically added to your order based on your shipping address.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package marks "Delivered" but is missing, please check outside your home thoroughly and ask neighbors. If your package has not arrived within 5 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@ozokumatcha.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
